Please call us Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for any questions or concerns. We are closed on holidays and weekends. If you place an order during non-business hours, your order will be processed the following business day.

RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is crucial to us. We’re confident you will love your Sister Parish Home Collection product, but if you’re not satisfied, please email us at beth@sisterparishdesign.com or call us during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) T: 1-800-970-3366.

To receive a refund for your purchase (less the original shipping cost), all items must be returned to SPD within 2 weeks of the date received. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee when items are returned. If returned after the 2-week time period, a refund cannot be issued. All returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
