JOB DESCRIPTION

Sister Parish Design is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative, preferably with one to two years of experience in the interior design industry. Your primary role will be to process invoices and purchase orders, receive payments, and to assist customers. You will work closely with a tight-knit sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the interior design industry, bring value and excitement to the role, and understand the role to be a long-term commitment to the company at large. You will want the customer service to reflect the culture of the company. At Sister Parish Design, we value service over sales. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in not only overseeing the end-to-end customer experience lifecycle but has also demonstrated an ability to provide top-level service to our valued customers.

Duties to include:

  • Process Orders
  • Manage the Live Chat on sisterparishdesign.com
  • Mange ane input Designer Sign Ups
  • Sample Requests
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various sales channel
  • Acknowledge and respond to customer complaints
  • Describe our products and services in detail when applicable [product descriptions, prices, lead times, customization options etc.]
  • Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM portal
  • Process & organize designer applications, including, but not limited to, sales tax certificates
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and personnel maintenance /management
JOB REQUIREMENTS

This position is work remote, but you must be on East Coast time zone (EST)
You must have one to two years experience in a similar role within the design industry.

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in NetSuite and/or comfortable navigating an advanced ERP system
  • General knowledge of CRM tools preferred
  • Time zone: East Coast
