E-Commerce Coordinator

The Role:
Sister Parish Design is looking for an e-commerce coordinator preferably with 2 years of experience. Your primary role will be to own and manage all aspects of our online store. You will work closely with our head of sales, head of marketing and our third party contractors to update and maintain the website. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, bring value and excitement to the role, and understand the role to be a long term commitment to the company at large.


  • Own and manage all aspects of our online store, which includes managing and collaborating with third-party contractors to update the site. 
  • Regularly maintain and review site performance, which includes fixing and reporting on site issues in real time and ensuring all website apps are updated, maintained, and operating correctly.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting to provide insights, identify opportunities and deliver solutions that drive online growth.
  • Curate and maintain extensive product catalogs for the website, ensuring up-to-date prices, descriptions, attributes, and promotion accuracy.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams on online merchandising to maximize sales, while ensuring the website visually reflects the brand.
  • Assist in SEO & ADA strategies and initiatives by ensuring sites are properly optimized for search engine success and follow ADA requirements.
  • Assist email marketing team in Klaviyo flow implementation and management 
  • Maintains awareness of market trends and conditions and remains up to date with the industry’s best practices

Required Skills Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related business field
  • One (1) year of e-commerce & website merchandising experience
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus and proven experience with website development
  • Proven performance of using business analytics to drive sales and profitability
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and Google Analytics
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and project management skills 
  • Self-starter that is resourceful and takes initiative
  • Ability to compile information and work with data to make decisions.
