E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

The role:*note: the role is fully remote. 

The Ecommerce Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. This role involves a mix of website management and digital marketing to support the growth of our ecommerce presence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for luxury products, and a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices.

What you will do: 

  • Apply sales data, marketing data and web data to execute day-to-day merchandising of our Shopify website, including but not limited to updating product pages, blog posts, home page and collection pages based on business goals. 
  • Apply SEO best practices to all updates to website based on document from our SEO consultant 
  • Execute daily website audit to make sure the website is running smoothly, 
  • Oversee all photo assets and copy on the website to make sure it is accurate and is up to standards. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering product photography from outside vendors and reaching out to interior designers for photos of their projects. 
  • Manage and maintain all apps attached to our website. 
  • Perform strategic A/B testing based on web goals.
  • Manage developers for all data driven technical improvements that will make it easier for designers to place orders through our website. 
  • Send a weekly IT report to update the team on any changes made by the developer to the website. 
  • Generate monthly web reports that show top-of-funnel KPIs, using sales data, marketing data and web data to provide insights, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive online growth.  
  • Support Creative Director to create Email & SMS Strategy on Monday.com 
  • Lead day-to-day execution of email campaigns and flows; managing internal teams to proactively keep ahead on timelines, deliverables and communications to ensure on-time and high quality delivery. This includes but is not limited to maintaining current audience lists, creating new segments for optimal delivery and conversion rate, and A/B testing.   
  • Create detailed monthly klaviyo summary that includes campaign and flow wins, as well as, areas of improvement
  • Support Creative Director to map out upcoming content to ensure beautiful photography on all digital platforms from our ecommerce site to email campaigns to social media platforms. 
  •  Instagram: maintain linktree, execute social media roundup, assist creative director with reels and posts as necessary. 
  • Pinterest: maintain, update and report 
  • Own and manage the Sister Parish YouTube account. 
  • Update marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities through Canva or Adobe Suite .
  • Store and Organize all images on Dropbox 

What you will need: 

  • Expertise in Shopify. At least 3+ years experience. 
  • Expertise in Klaviyo 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience with GA4, Google Console & Shopify Analytics 
  • Experience with either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva 
  • Experience across all relevant Social Media platforms is a plus (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Salary:

The salary for this position is around $100,000, depending on experience.
