Marketing & Studio Coordinator

Job Overview:

Sister Parish is seeking a marketing and studio coordinator who will support an innovative high-impact growth team to elevate Sister Parish’s brand as the leading textile and wallcovering Studio in the United States. 

As a marketing and studio coordinator with a year + of experience in luxury products, your greatest accomplishment at Sister Parish Design will be to build and support a small, innovative high-impact growth team in securing their purpose as a role model, inspiration and resource for authentic, unique and sustainable American interior design. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Support Sales Director and PR Contractor in monthly events at NY studio space.
  • Support Creative Director and Marketing Contractor in designing and building email campaigns on Klaviyo. 
  • Support Marketing Contractor in the maintenance of social media calendar.
  • Responsible for responding to all direct messages and commenting on all posts tagged Sister Parish on Instagram and passing along any messages to appropriate colleagues within the company. 
  • Represent the Sister Parish brand at our NY Studio Space with enthusiasm and professionalism. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Contractor on posts to instagram. This includes suggesting posts that might work well and writing captions. 
  • Support Creative Director in designing and making printed materials for packaging & events. 
  • Provide Sales team with a list of designers and design enthusiasts that visited the NY Space. 
  • Provide accurate reporting and sales numbers run through the website, boosted Facebook / Instagram posts & Klaviyo campaigns. 
  • Represent Sister Parish’s brand through meeting with designers and design enthusiasts that visit New York Studio. 
  • Refresh all samples and wings in New York Studio and keep the Studio looking fresh and beautiful. 
  • Support Creative Director, Sales Director and Developers in consistent auditing and updating of Sister Parish website. 
  • Support Chief Creative Officer and Creative Director in special projects as needed. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the New York City office is required. 
  • 1+ years of prior experience in marketing is needed. 
  • Proven entrepreneurial work related ideas; analytical and effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business. 
  • Prior marketing experience with a passion for interiors instead of the other way around. 
  • Experience with spreadsheets and Google Docs is a must.
  • Has previous success as a true self-starter, with a can-do attitude and attention to detail. 
  • Organized with attention to neatness and presentation of the NYC showroom. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Prior experience with real-time analytics and social sharing tools.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Klaviyo, Shopify & Social Sharing Tools (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest).
