    • When will my order arrive?
      • We send our orders via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Anything in stock will ship in 1-3 business days.
      • Any item that is back ordered will ship within the product's lead time stated on its product page. When your order ships, a shipment confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
      • When shipping “Ground,” packages are usually delivered within 1-3 business days of shipment if on the east coast, and within 5-7 days if shipped to the west coast. 
      • Fabric and wallpaper sample/ swatch orders will ship within a week of purchase. We always aim to ship these as soon as possible, but if you need swatches urgently please email and we can help.

  • How can I track my order? 
    • We will send you an email to notify you that your order has been shipped and this email will contain a link to track your order. Please note we do not use a tracking service to send samples. Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return policy for Sister Parish Home Collection products?
    • Your satisfaction is crucial to us. We’re confident you’ll love your Sister Parish Home Collection product, but if you’re not satisfied, please email us at or call us during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) T: 1-800-970-3366.
    • To receive a refund for your purchase (less the original shipping cost), all items must be returned to Sister Parish within 2 weeks of the date received. Please return to:  Sister Parish Design, attn: HOMEGOODS RETURN, 7 West St. Litchfield, CT 06759).  Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee when items are returned. If returned after the 2-week time period, a refund cannot be issued. All returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and must include tracking.  Please email the tracking number to us at  along with your Original Order # so we may process your refund.
    • Please allow for 3 days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to process. Thank you! 
  • What is the return policy for fabric and wallpaper orders? 
    • All fabric and wallpaper must be inspected before cutting. No cut yardage will be accepted for return.
    • All fabric and wallpaper is inspected carefully before it is shipped, however final responsibility for confirming an order is correct and has no critical flaws rests with the customer. Any flaws must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt. Do not cut until you have checked for correct pattern, correct color, correct quality, correct quantity and/or cut lengths, and any flaws. 
    • Email us at within 5 business days of receipt to address any flaws. Please include your order number and images if possible. 
    • Please store your yardage safely. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to yardage put into storage before it is pulled for final use.
