A signed resale certificate from the state in which you conduct business is required to activate your account. Without this documentation in our records, sales tax will be applied to all orders and retail pricing will apply. If you wish to seek a sales tax exemption and purchase goods at trade pricing, we require a completed state-specific resale certificate that includes your tax id number and your signature.

Please send the resale certificate for any state(s) in which you are registered to: customerservice@sisterparishdesign.com
We will approve your account once we have validated your tax forms.
Please note that resale certificates are not required from designers in states where sales tax is not collected: AK, DE, MT, NH, OR.
