Millerton Pop Up

The pop-up, hosted by Sister Parish Design Chief Creative Officer Eliza Crater Harris (who will be present
throughout the launch weekend), will commence October 6th and run through November 28th. It will take place at Montage Antiques, located at 25 Main Street in Millerton, NY, recently heralded by the NY Times for its unspoiled beauty and
youthful energy, and will run through mid-November. The Dutchess County store, a revered source for
antiques, is the ideal backdrop for the timeless brand which seamlessly melds inspiration from the past
with the vivacity and curiosity of the present.

The shop is open Wednesday through Monday from 10 AM-5PM.

Montage Antiques, is a favorite stop of Sister Parish Design President, Susan Crater, and Chief Creative
Officer Eliza Crater Harris. Their love of antiques is a family trait, instilled in Sister Parish herself by her
father, an avid collector. “At Sister Parish, we value collecting antiques from low end to high, and our
aesthetic always includes both.” says Crater. Montague Antiques, a treasured source for pieces that
range from 18th Century English mahogany to Mid Century Modern walnut and American country pine,
is a meeting place for the many celebrities of the design world, including Bunny Williams and John
Rosselli, who live nearby.

Created as a truly immersive experiential event, the pop-up will not only be tented in the brand’s holiday version of Sister Parish’s iconic Dolly fabric, the interior will be pure Sister Parish, highlighting Sister Parish memorabilia and ephemera, a mix of old and new, and include some of her tabletop setting and holiday styling. The pop-ups offerings will include Sister Parish Design products ranging from prints of the singular collages created by Sister’s daughter, Apple, which highlight bucolic scenes featuring birds, butterflies and other wildlife, to unique products curated specially for the season. Decorative pillows, appealing baby items, stylish table linens, hats, aprons and vibrant spongeware dishes from the Sister Parish Design collections are just a taste of the cornucopia of items that will be showcased.

Among the delights created with the holiday season in mind will be products in the holiday version on Sister Parish’s iconic Dolly fabric, a charming flowers and stripes print, including a stocking and a tree skirt, wrapping paper sheets, decorative pillows, eye masks and robes. Sister Parish’s favorite Rigaud Cypres candles, whose rich green color and fragrant scent combines lavender, pine and cedar, speaks to the beauty and calm of nature’s embrace and the promise of the New Year, will also be available.
